Born and educated in La Crosse, Wisconsin I developed a love for the German Language as an Exchange Student in Hamburg, Germany with the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program. As an Undergraduate, I triple-majored at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in German Studies, International Business, and Finance.

My first exposure to translation came as an intern at Presse-Fachverlag in Hamburg, Germany and continued as a project co-ordinator for translation at Merrill Brink in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While my career over the last decade has focused on Banking, Direct Marketing, Silent Sports, and the Craft Beer Industry, the German language and adventure travel have remained my passions.
